I'm moving to Atlanta but still travel all the way to Statham when my car needs something.
They not only know their stuff and fix it right the first time but their pricing is fair and they would never even dream of trying to push unnecessary work on customer. A great example of their honesty is when I asked their thoughts on me doing my own brake pads and they were very positive and encouraging rather than trying to convince me that it was too complicated so I would pay them to do it.
Full synthetic oil change way cheaper here than at a "name brand chain" store. Just bought my vehicle and they put it up on the rack and let me come and take a look at what they were seeing. They gave me suggestions and SHOWED me what they were talking about instead of taking my vehicle behind closed doors and then telling me what "needed" to be done.
Chris and everyone at Frank's Hardware go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We have been in there many times and always appreciate their great attitude and outstanding customer service. Very reasonable prices too. Thanks guys! Leigh Snodgrass
